CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of Order:
Orders once sent for processing can't be cancelled by the customer. On account of unavailability of product, its depiction or price changes AttarWholesale.com preserves the right for cancellation of product order. Even those products that are accepted to deliver can be cancelled.
Note – AttarWholesale.com reserves the right not to cancel orders already in process at the local delivery point.
Return of Products:
The products listed on website are Non-returnable and Non-refundable.
Howevever in certain cases where products received by customer got damaged during transit or wrong product sent, the company will either refund the amount for the damaged goods or send a new product to the receiver. The discretion to give refund or redeliver the items solely lies with AttarWholesale.com and is subject to investigation.
Even if wrong or damaged products received by customer, to be eligible for return/refund the products must be in their original packing and in unused condition.
All Courier items can be returned in case of defective or damaged delivery. Customers are required to send the video clicked while opening the packaging of the items to support@AttarWholesale.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Custom/Import Duty for International Payments:
Import duties/taxes may arise on the arrival of your parcel to the shipping destination. The charges may vary as per the rules of different countries depending on the product, order value, quantity, end use, and composition of materials used to make the product and is solely at the discretion of the duty officer.
Please note Custom Duty is added over and above the Shipping Cost. Shipping & handling costs refers to the cost of shipping an item from the shipping location to the destination country.
We at Attar Wholesale, do not take any duty/taxes in advance from customers. If any such duty/taxes are applicable for your shipment, the respective courier company will directly contact you with the required information.
On receiving such information, you will have to pay the duty/taxes amount to the concerned courier company. Once paid, the service provider usually delivers the shipment to you within two working days.
In case a buyer asks to refund the duty to import duty charges, the request will be rejected. Please ensure what duty to be paid in your specific country for our product category before placing an order.
Complaint filing
- In case the customer is not happy with their purchase, the customer needs to send an email to info@AttarWholesale.com along with the picture/video of the product delivered and valid reason for complaint within 12 hours of receiving of the gift. Without the valid evidence to support your complaint, it will not be entertained.
- AttarWholesale.com retains the right to reject any compensation complain as per its terms and conditions.
- Compensation to customers could be in terms of refund (maximum upto 100% of order value), or replacing the delivered product.
Refund Procedure
- Refunds will be made electronically via the same payment gateway that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order.
- It might take 7 to 14 working days for the refund payment to be credited back into the customer’s account (bank or credit card or debit card account) from the day of cancellation.
General Rules
The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Kannauj, India only.
AttarWholesale.com reserves the right to modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.

Your security is our primary concern. All payments are processed through our trusted payment processor – Stripe & Paypal which is a Verisign secured & PCI complaint payment gateway.
In addition, all transactions take place on a 256-bit high encryption connection. Your sensitive payment information is never stored on our (or our Payment Gateway’s) servers.
