Cancellation of Order:

On account of unavailability of product, its depiction or price changes preserves the right for cancellation of product order. Even those products that are accepted to deliver can be cancelled.

In case customers think they have placed a wrong order request or have changed their mind about the purchase, customer can place a cancellation request within 4 hours of placing their order. In these cases full amount will be refunded into customers account within 7 working days.

Note  reserves the right not to cancel orders already in process at the local delivery point.

Return of Products:

The company will either refund the amount for the damaged goods or send a new product to the receiver. The discretion to give refund or redeliver the items solely lies with

Products purchased by customer must be in their original packing and in unused condition.

All Courier items can be returned in case of defective or damaged delivery. Customers are required to send the video clicked while opening the packaging of the items to  within 24 hours of delivery.

Complaint filing

  1. In case the customer is not happy with their purchase, the customer needs to send an email to  along with the picture/video of the product delivered and valid reason for complaint within 12 hours of receiving of the gift. Without the valid evidence to support your complaint, it will not be entertained.
  2.  retains the right to reject any compensation complain as per its terms and conditions.
  3. Compensation to customers could be in terms of refund (maximum upto 100% of order value), or replacing the delivered product.


Refund Procedure

  1. Refunds will be made electronically via the same payment gateway that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order.
  2. It might take 7 to 14 working days for the refund payment to be credited back into the customer’s account (bank or credit card or debit card account) from the day of cancellation.

General Rules

The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Kannauj, India only. reserves the right to modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
